Hello We are in trouble with GMAIL ( and probably yahoo too )
We run a web application to register new students. When the registration is completed an email is sent by the application to the student's email address to confirm the registration and give some informations. Our problem is that occasionnaly ( not everytime ) the email is tagged as SPAM by GMAIL and some students have missed informations in time. Does anyone knows how to tell Google we are not spammers but legitimate email sender ? I've tried to use another outgoing SMTP server to check if the IP address have not been blacklisted by google but the problem occurs again after few time. Any info welcome !!! Thanks
