Postfix logs the content of the Message-Id header as received. To
determine whether a particular Message-Id header is valid, consult RFC
822/2822/5322, if not, complain to the sender. BOfH users can "IGNORE"
non-conformant Message-Id headers, and Postfix may (if suitably configure)
generate a new one that is conformant.
