Hi all,
I have a mail server which has been running for more than 1 year without
any problem. recently (from last Sat. exactly) some user from our
website reports that he can't get his subscription email. So I checked
the server, and find that the active queue is full, with more than 280M
disk space occupied. and there are some mails in incoming(48M) and
deferred(15M) queues.
I checked maillog, it seems our servers are still sending mails to it
while it's not sending anything out. there are some other errors
according to the log, but it doesn't seem to be the key point. I'm now
wondering why those mails are stuck in active queue. are they really
can't be sent out or is there any other reason that cause this problem?
any suggestions?
