There is no support for multiple notices, and even if these were possible,
under adverse conditions they could severely compound congestion on your
mail server. I have a single notice after 2 hours for outgoing mail
(separate servers for this) and no delay notice for incoming mail
(also rarely if ever any inbound delays).
