Use transport_maps to direct mail to a specific server.

# main.cf
transport_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/transport

# transport
example.com  smtp:google.com

Remember to run "postmap transport" after editing the transport
file. Remember to run "postfix reload" after editing main.cf.
