what exactly do you not know? do you not have a dns-server in your internal network? > What I wonder however, is why does this problem appear intermittently? i guess there is / was a cisco-router touched or replaced which did translated dns responses with public addresses he knows the internal one - afaik this can be disabled and is only available on cisco-routers
