When testing my smtp connection I get a timeout after 16 seconds. using telnet I will finally get a connected after more than 16 seconds. I used to get a connection right away.
Please help me to troubleshoot this. The server is not loaded at all! DNS servers are responsive so I am at a loss to what could be causing this.
