Seems like a question for your Dspam quarantine support channel.
Maybe there is a documented way to modify the recipient of a mail in
quarantine, or to release a quarantined message to a specified
recipient.

In postfix, you can add a virtual_alias_maps entry mapping the "bad"
user to to the intended recipient, but this requires you know the
bad recipient prior to releasing the message. This is complicated
by the possibility that the "??" represent non-printable characters
remapped for safe logging.
