I don't understand why you'd want both postscreen and sqlgrey. If 
you're okay with the delays, postscreen can provide them (albeit, 
lacking the intelligence of whitelisting in released Postfix 
versions; 2.11 will be/is a must-have upgrade for the DNSWL 
whitelisting feature.)

Aside: I have actually thought about using list.dnswl.org 127.0.15.0 
(email marketers, trust level "none") as a +1 DNSBL. No, I would not, 
but it's fun to think about. :)
