The recipient might not be allowed to receive external email, or
something about the content (attachments, ...) was restricted for
this recipient, or the user's mailbox may be misconfigured.

Accepted by bigfish and two additional SMTP hops inside staples
before bouncing, long past being the sender's problem.

Also three prior hops inside microsoft/bigfish.  The problem is on
the receiving end.
