As I said, the list is growing with new domains every few minutes:
greylist - not dealing with bots or scripts.
PTR - not helping. Spam must be blocked proactively. Domains, MXs, IPs, PTR
are new with every new domain.

One of the spammer is definitely not stupid (NS: *.ns.cloudflare.com).

* greylisting
* reject generic PTR
* combine blacklists and whitelists by weighting
* delay accept of connections
* enforce protocol policies
