Postfix has been released annually since 1.0 was released in 2001.
Releases generally (only one exception so far) occur early in the
calendar year, but only when they are ready.
The most notable change in 2.12 is support for shared libraries
and database plugins on more platforms than just Debian (previously
a downstream Debian-specific patch).
I am curious what new feature makes you wait for Postfix 2.12 with
bated breath.
