if it is a iphone be prepared that happens again and again

the past years i had dozens of users including internal ones where that crap devices decided for whatever other error to disable SASL and continue to try again and again every 5 minutes the same mail

since they connect at least once per hour for no reason to the outgoing server (iphone as well as the desktop mail.app), well that makes it likely to trigger whatever bug in case of bad handeled connection errors
