This context is only used for /var/tmp or /tmp access.  Something somewhere in
my build of Postfix is touching /tmp.

I have looked at the main.cf file and find no references to /tmp.  I pulled
the source directly from
ftp://ftp.porcupine.org/mirrors/postfix-release/official/ so I will check the
patches for any reference to /tmp.
