added it there too while i think it can be in that case before the
"check_recipient_access" which is only intended to skip
"reject_unverified_recipient" in case of non-wildcard-domains where we
know the complete list of valid addressess
"skip_rcpt_vrfy.cf" is a pure "domain OK" list for all domains except
the @domain.tld which needs verify to prevent backscatters
