You should stop sending emails that generate bounces or NDNs. Most mailing list software, for example will unsubscribe a user after a few days of bounces/NDNs. If you have notifications that are going to (now) invalid addresses then remove those addresses from your notifications -- This is my signature. There are many like it, but this one is mine.
