I will "study" the bounce man page for customizing the message.
Last question: is it possibile to send bounce messages derived from
maxlife-in-queue-expiration to something like /dev/null :-) and not treating
them as normal bounces?

The text at the beginning of a bounce message is configurable; see "man 5
bounce". The remainder of the message is formatted according to RFCs, and is
therefore not configurable.
