The record
postfix/postscreen[nnnn]: DNSBL rank n for [addr]:port
is logged only when a DNSBL score EXCEEDS the threshold.
Not if it is not listed in a DNSBL.
Not if it is listed in a DNSBL, and the score is under the threshold.
Not if it is listed in a DNSWL, and the score is under the threshold.
