You can add a recipient with any of the following:
sender_bcc_maps
recipient_bcc_maps
virtual_alias_maps
always_bcc
(perhaps using a pcre map for the maps-based mechanisms).
And using smtpd_proxy_filter with a null filter that acts as a 'Y'
splitter (Viktor has used that to implement an archival service).
