No.  Because postscreen(8) does (typically all) its work on TCP connect, before 
any
SMTP dialogue takes place.  To the see the from/to addresses you'd have to talk 
to
an actual smtpd(8) to handle the mail transaction, which is what postscreen(8) 
is there
to avoid.
