Something (Postfix master.cf or main.cf) is using $mua_sender_restrictions,
but that parameter is not defined in main.cf or master.cf.
In master.cf:
$ postconf -P | grep mua_sender_restrictions
In main.cf:
$ postconf -n | grep mua_sender_restrictions
