Id start trouble shooting there. Logs indicate you only have one user
and that one user doesn't have a password where its been told to look.
Maybe a typo in username? Maybe you have just the user part and its
looking for a match of user@domain for authorization, or the other way
around. Since there are many ways you can setup postfix to work, its
hard to guess what the issue is without seeing how everything is
setup.
