Thanks, good catch. But fixing the typo made the server to start (without
the quotes).

But I still get this error..

That is the mail comes from user1@hosta to the mail server (hostM) [due to
relay host setup on hosta], but the
mail server hostM says cannot find hostb.   I would expect the mail server
hostM to accept mail for hostb
since it is part of the mydestination variable.
