Fix those in master.cf. Scold whoever set them. Shortening SMTP client timeouts is never safe.

Not exactly harmful, but it seems excessive and pointless. If your Amavis actually takes more than a minute to answer at end-of-data, your problem isn't with a Postfix timeout.
