I'm asking this because we have to switch to McAfee AV and my plan is to use it's on-access-scan feature to scan the emails.
on access is fine, but not in any part of postfix postfix support sendmail milter interface, and smtp content filters how would you do the integrade of the av ?
If postfix really creates a file at least once of each email then this can be a solution.
