Pretty sure this is a transport map invocation which is needed.

Our situation is that we have a server a.example.com which is receiving email for the entire example.com domain. What we wish to do is to have any email that is directed to an example.com email address *not* be sent to the IP which is specified in example.com's MX record. Instead, we need a.example.com to send on (not sure if "forward" or "relay" is the technically correct name for this, or if it ought to be called something else) all example.com email to b.example.com on port 9999.

a.example.com is running postfix 2.3

Should one of you wonderful knowledgeable people be willing to provide us with the correct configuration line/stanza which needs to be added to main.cf on a.example.com in order to accomplish this, it'd really be appreciated.

Thanks very much in advance for any direction, guidance, and/or hints to example configurations that are similar enough to what we want so we can figure it out ourselves.

    gratefully,
         ~c
