To get more than one action to execute you need to call the policy
service multiple times.  Each call can PREPEND one header.

Thank you again, I'm not sure how I would keep adding headers by executing multiple times - without spamming the DNS server and looking which headers have already been added.

I guess poor design choice on my part and now I understand why there's not many examples on this specific method.
