Your server's hostname and served domains continue to be hidden.  Are
you perhaps willing and able to post those details?  Without that
information, no further differential diagnostics are possible.

I am assuming your server's name isn't actually mx1.example.net,
certainly not what Microsoft is connecting to, since that name has no IP
address in the public DNS (example.net is an IANA reserved name for use
in documentation).
