Any pointers on how I file a ticket for postgis?
[email protected] mailing list does not clearly say, if its
meant for users to file tickets.
I didn't find any way to report tickets on
http://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/report; I could view existing ones though.

I think this report is worth a ticket.
Best if also reported upstream (in PostgreSQL) to see if they
have a solution there (ti implement locally).
