We create database with : CREATE DATABASE databasename
TEMPLATE=template_postgis_20
Did the postgis_restore.pl give you any error string to learn from ?
No error string returned from the postgis_restore.pl
We solved the pb with adding manually the rows in topology.topology, but
it's not an industrial way of work ;)
