hi i am new to the postgis. i would like to know if there is a way to split the linestring into two. what i am trying to get is: i have a map with single line, now i want to show that single line into two separate line parallel to each other.
Line string looks like this. "LINESTRING(120.5523267 13.7257305,120.5522595 13.7265231,120.552205 13.7270875)" can ST_split function be used for this purpose? Is yes how it is done? Thanks in advance Regards Saurav Ranjit
