Hello André,
on my 32 bit Windows the following configurations are running fine with
FDO 3.8:
MGOS 2.5.1 / PostgreSQL 9.2.7 / PostGIS 2.0.4
MGOS 2.5.2 / PostgreSQL 9.3.4 / PostGIS 2.1.2
On windows I added the installation path of postresql to the path
variable. In addition I had to cpoy the libpq.dll from postgresql
installation path to the FDO directory.
