Hey, we previously discussed this matter of cleaning topology. Postgis topology is about iso topology storage and use, not cleaning. There are dedicated and powerfull tools for this (like Grass <http://grass.osgeo.org/grass70/manuals/v.clean.html>). Cheers, Rémi-C
