I’d like to have a feature id in every feature that was encoded to MVT.
Currently st_asmvt doesn’t have an option to specify a column as a source for
feature ids.
According to MVT spec:

id is an optional property.
While it’s extremely useful for client-side logic, it’d be great to have such
an argument in st_asmvt function.
