Hi all, I just wanted to let everyone know that after a period of reflection, I have decided that it is time for me to step down from my role on the PostGIS PSC.
Following a change in employment several years ago I no longer have access to the same large GIS datasets I once did, and with less free time have taken a far less active role in the PSC than I would like. So I've decided that as preparations for PostGIS 3.0 are about to start, now is the right time for me to step down as focus begins on the next development cycle. I'd like to say a huge thank you to all the remaining members of the PSC - Paul, Regin, strk and Bborie for all their help and support over the years. I have many happy memories of my time working with PostGIS and I am confident that PostGIS will go on to even greater things in the future.
