Hello,
According to you suggestion, I installed the proj of version 5.2 and
then it also suggest me specify the projdir.
I do it as it suggested,and it worked.

Hi,
You have installed the development branch of PROJ and Postgis isn't
compatible with it yet. Please use 5.2.0 instead.
