Hi I have also used https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/reporpms/EL-7-x86_64/pgdg-redhat-repo-latest.noarch.rpm . and when I check out https://yum.postgresql.org/11/redhat/rhel-7.8-x86_64/ the most recent gdal is gdal23-libs-2.3.2-8.rhel7.x86_64.rpm<https://yum.postgresql.org/11/redhat/rhel-7.8-x86_64/gdal23-libs-2.3.2-8.rhel7.x86_64.rpm> .
I can check out with Devrim . I have never checked the in table at https://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/wiki/UsersWikiPostgreSQLPostGIS . I assume that some of us that CentOs have that page then ? Thanks. See table at the end of https://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/wiki/UsersWikiPostgreSQLPostGIS - it contains all distributions. If you are installing from some custom repository - which one is that? Please find that repository's GDAL maintainer. It may happen that you find their contact details on RPM file's metadata.
