FWIW, I didn’t see it either. I don't think I saw it in yum either. Might be related to issue of PG15 not regressing because of pg-regress change in PG 15 Which is fixed in https://github.com/pramsey/pgsql-ogr-fdw/releases/tag/v1.1.3
