Hi,
I re-imported using a newer extract, 'planet_221024.osm.pbf', and all
countries are now there. Still not sure what went wrong with the
previous import, but I have gone through an upgrade to PostgreSQL 15 as
well just before that other import, so it may have been some fall out of
that...

(boundary=administrative, admin_level=2). Now over the past few years
importing the Planet, I have seen an occasional missing country
polygon, but never on this scale, dozens are missing now.
I am still trying to figure out what went wrong, but has anyone else
had issues with that particular extract?
