Thank you, Regina Obe! Your advice really helped. Now the raster is loaded into the database . But there was another problem. The Cloud Optimized GeoTIFF raster that was created by gdal_translate. The raster has pyramids. However, pyramids are not used when uploading to the database. What could be the problem?
