I think Bjorn was concerned it was too big of an update to push into a stable
release,
Though I guess if it's preventing people from building, maybe we need to or at
least a partial update.
I'm not sure we should bother with 3.2 though as it seems to be an issue that
is affecting newer OS and such people probably won't be bothering with PostGIS
3.2.
