Amazon's EC2, elastic cloud computing has some interesting scalability features. The public base AMIs, Amazon Machine Images, tend to be based on Fedora core 6. In looking over the RPMs on PostGIS.org I see that they are fairly old? http://postgis.refractions.net/rpms/fedora/fedora-core-4/postgis-1.1.0-2.i68 6.rpm Current PostGIS 1.3.1 postgis-1.3.1.tar.gz <http://postgis.refractions.net/download/postgis-1.3.1.tar.gz> Are there any newer PostGIS RPMs available? randy
