I'm a little confused. To upgrade to Postgreql 8.3 from 8.26 here what
I plan on doing: (Windows)
1) run pgdump -Fc on my database
2) uninstall PostGIS 1.32
3) uninstall Postgresql 8.26
4) install Postgresql 8.3
5) install PostGIS 1.32
6) restore database from step 1.
Does this sound like the correct order of events? What about pgdumpall
if I want to backup the entire server - there is no F argument?
Much thanks,
Willem
