There is a beta quality 64-bit ODBC driver. I haven't had a chance to use it though (aside from installing it on a 64-bit windows 2003 server) so can't say how good it is and what issues there are with it.

Hmmm given that there is no 64-bit version of PostgreSQL for Windows, I would be very surprised if there was a 64-bit ODBC driver.
