% shp2pgsql usa_counties mytable
shp2pgsql: shape (.shp) or index files (.shx) can not be opened.
% ls -1 usa_counties.*
usa_counties.dbf
usa_counties.prj
usa_counties.qix
usa_counties.shp
usa_counties.shx
What am I doing wrong?
