[postgis-users] pgsql2shp.exe fails with Windows Vista

I have an issue.  Using PostGIS 1.3.3 and Windows Vista (business and 
home) each time I go and run the command to export the database to a 
shapefile a popup box immediately comes out and says "pgsql2shp.exe has 
stopped working" and you only have the option to kill the process or 
send an error report then kill it.

Does anyone have any ideas or solutions?
