Pretty self explanatory... I have tried for teh last hour or so to get a spatial_ref_sys entry with a proj4text value equating to this text from a shape.prj file, but without success. Teh test that tells me I'm failing is that I can't get transform to generate a correct EPSG:4326 reprojection of the data.
Any help gratefully accepted.
