i have one problem when i am importing the shape fine in to postgis ,
postgis=# shp2pgsql -s 4269 st99_d00.shp public. us_states > us_states.sql;
ERROR: syntax error at or near "shp2pgsql"
LINE 1: shp2pgsql -s 4269 st99_d00.shp public. us_states > us_states...
i don't know why i got this error , i saved my .shp is in D directory , is
there any need to put .shp in the same dir of postgis...
i need the full overveiw of the shp2pgsql utility...
i have already this utility in bin dir of postgis ....
