I downloaded and installed PostgreSQL 8.4 for Windows which includes the 2.1.0 version of the Stack Builder. I don't see PostGIS in the list of applications available to install via StackBuilder. How do you install PostGIS with PostgreSQL 8.4 on Windows? Thanks.
