Hi,We are currently running 1.3.5 and would like to upgrade to 1.4.0. However, we don't have root and thus the install fails (see bug #160, http://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/ticket/160).
Bug #160 is marked WONTFIX. Are we stuck at 1.3.5 forever? Is there a workaround?
